The Sierra Tribal Consortium, Inc./Turtle Lodge is a Native American Indian Tribal Organization which represents four federally recognized tribes – the Big Sandy Rancheria Band of the Western Mono Indians, Cold Springs Rancheria of Mono Indians, North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians, and the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians. The Sierra Tribal Consortium, Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors, whom are elected representatives of their respective tribes.

The primary purpose of the Sierra Tribal Consortium, Inc./Turtle Lodge, is to provide client centered substance use disorder treatment services to the Native American Indian population. Here at Turtle Lodge, a participant/client learns through evidenced-based education about the causes and results of substance use disorder behaviors, the means to establish healthy boundaries, effective communication techniques, and the value of integrating Native American Indian culture with treatment.
