I just wanted to thank Turtle Lodge for all the help that was given to us for all your work to prepare for our Spring Gathering. I personally was so blessed to have all the help in the kitchen, you all were truly amazing. I got ill and was not able to make the Indian tacos, Hutwema for stepping in I was blessed for your help. Thank you Turtle Lodge for the resources to help our son through some challenging life obstacles. His reconnection to culture and his newfound awareness to his inner self have significantly changed his life. I truly believe that through the informative program’s and the support of most of the staff, our son has found his freedom. He developed life skills he lacked previously, and he now knows how to access them.
I’m grateful for his counselor Carol who he was able to be open, honest, real and vulnerable with. She provided him a safe space to do his inner work. Although he had his challenges, and didn’t always feel everyone’s support, he was able to build lifelong relationships with most of the people there. My son’s life has been forever changed and the Lodge played a big role in that. I pray blessings over all of the people in the program and over all of the staff there at the Lodge, Please continue to impact the lives of our people. You are making an eternal difference.
